1. Services
CliffCore Systems provides software development, web and mobile application development, UI/UX design, and related technology consulting services. All services are subject to the terms outlined in individual project agreements.
2. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all intellectual property rights in deliverables will transfer to the client upon full payment. CliffCore Systems retains the right to use general knowledge, skills, and experience gained during the project.
3. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the course of engagement. This obligation extends beyond the termination of any project agreement.
4. Payment Terms
Payment terms are defined in individual project proposals. Standard terms include a deposit before project commencement, with milestone-based payments throughout the project lifecycle.
5. Limitation of Liability
CliffCore Systems shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or deliverables. Our total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid for the specific project in question.
